Common Questions

Do you sell equipment only, without installation?
Yes. You can buy any product in our shop for self-installation or installation by your own technician. We supply the full range of cameras, DVR and NVR recorders, hard drives, cabling, and accessories. If you later want professional installation or a repair, we are available for that separately.
Are your products genuine and under warranty?
Yes. Every product we sell is genuine and carries the manufacturer's warranty \u2014 minimum 12 months on cameras and recorders, 24 months on most Hikvision and Dahua equipment. We do not stock generic or unbranded equipment in our main product range.
Can I see products before buying?
Yes. Our Kasarani showroom has products on display and operational demo systems running. You can see camera image quality, night vision performance, and DVR interface before making a purchase decision. Walk in Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm, or call ahead to confirm a specific product is in stock.
What payment methods do you accept?
Online orders: M-Pesa and card via Pesapal. Walk-in purchases: M-Pesa, card, and cash. Bank transfer available for large orders \u2014 call to arrange. All online orders are Cash on Delivery \u2014 no upfront payment required.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. For installers, resellers, and bulk orders of 5 units or more, call us on +254 740 030 496 to discuss trade pricing. We work with independent CCTV installers across Nairobi and supply equipment at competitive rates with fast Kasarani collection or delivery.
Can I return a product if it is not what I needed?
Unopened and unused products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery for a full refund or exchange. See our full returns policy in our terms and conditions.
